We currently ship to Switzerland and Australia only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, delivery times are as follows:

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted locations. Some items may also be subject to shipping limitations based on local regulations or carrier policies.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the package is unclaimed, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
