Refund and Return Policy

At Macravogue, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return process. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.


Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@macravogue.com.

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The appropriate return address

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Macravogue

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@macravogue.com.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure about eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
